In close collaboration with VITA Zahnfabrik, VITA VIONIC DENT RESIN, VITA VIONIC BASE RESIN IMPACT, and VITA VIONIC TRY-IN RESIN have been extensively tested and approved for precise and safe use in the digital denture workflow.
This expands validation, Rapid Shape’s certified dental materials portfolio with high-performance resins for the additive manufacturing of complete dentures — from try-ins to final restorations.
About the Validated VITA VIONIC Materials
- DENT RESIN: An aesthetic resin for denture teeth, as well as temporary crowns and bridges. Offers high strength, shade fidelity, and comes in eight VITA classical A1-D4 shades and one bleach shade.
- BASE RESIN IMPACT: A tough, impact-resistant base resin for durable partial and full dentures. Features high elasticity, biocompatibility, and excellent wearability. Available in Pink and Pink Translucent.
- TRY-IN RESIN: A cost-effective try-in resin for functional testing. Easy to process, low odor, and with a 3-year shelf life — ideal for streamlined workflows.
